Tanya lists the Chakra colors, emotions correlating to each Chakra and the different enlightened states associated with each Chakra when it is balanced.
Descending from the top of your head to bottom of your spine:
Crown Chakra – located at the top of your head extending up about 6 to 8 inches – White or purple
3rd Eye Chakra – located between and slightly above your eyes on your forehead – Indigo (dark blue) or purple
Throat Chakra – located at the base of your throat – Blue
Heart Chakra – located in the centre of your chest – Green
Solar Plexus Chakra – located just below your sternum and above your belly button – Yellow
Sacral Chakra – over the sacrum (the triangular-shaped bone at the base of your spine) – Orange
Root Chakra – located at the base of your spine – Red
7. CROWN – Spirit
Location: The top of the head extending up 6 to 8 inches
Colour: White or purple
Crystals: Clear Quartz, Amethyst and high vibration crystals like halite, celestite, danburite and most crystals whose names end in in “ite”
Sound: Note of B, Solfeggio 963Hz
Spiritual: Enlightenment, awareness, connection to higher realms
Emotional: Being at peace with yourself and the universe
Mental: balanced between the spirit and earthly realms
Out of balance: Either disconnected from spirit or too connected to higher realms and not grounded in your body
Restore balance by: Meditating
6. THIRD EYE CHAKRA – Inner Vision
Location: Between and slightly above your eyes on your forehead
Colour: Indigo (dark blue) or purple
Crystals: Clear Quartz, Lapis Lazuli, Blue Sapphire, kyanite, fluorite and soladite

Spiritual: Intuition, imagination
Emotional: Anxiety, depression
Mental: Being able to see the big picture

Emotional: Feelings, self-expression, truth

Location: Centre of your chest
Colour: Green and/or Pink

Emotional: Release and transformation

Location: peri-anal region (area at base of groin)
Colour: Red
Crystals: Clear Quartz, Red Jasper, Garnet, Hematite, blood stone,
obsidian and most of the grounding crystals
Sound: Note of C, Solfeggio 396Hz
Spiritual: Safety and well-being
Emotional: Feeling safe and nurtured, courageous
Mental: Mentally stable
Out of balance: Depression, angr, tendency to isolate from self or others, prolonged flight or flight
Restore balance by: Get grounded, eat root veggies, walk barefoot
